TICKETS for Burton Albion Events’ highly-anticipated Sporting Dinner with goalkeeping legend Mark Crossley are selling fast.
And football fans and businesses are urged to book their tables before the event is sold out!
Our latest Sporting Dinner event takes place at the Pirelli Stadium on Thursday, December 1 and will be an evening of guaranteed entertainment, four-course meal included as well as an appearance by comedian Mick Miller.
Popular goalkeeper Crossley played more than 300 times for Nottingham Forest in a 13-year career that ended in 2000. He was also a Wales international, making eight appearances.
Mark’s football stories will include memories of his formative years at the City Ground under iconic manager Brian Clough.
After his release from Forest in 2000, Crossley went on to make 23 appearances for Middlesbrough before a memorable four years at Fulham, including one famous man-of-the-match performance against Chelsea. Spells at Sheffield Wednesday, where he scored a dramatic late equaliser in 2006, and Oldham Athletic followed before he took the leap into coaching.
